Recently did a major renovation with Sherman Homes including full demo down to studs inside and out, added new covered outdoor space with outdoor kitchen, and a complete redesign of the interior from top to bottom. The hands-on approach of the team was tremendously valuable, especially during difficult decisions where their advice was spot on! Mike, the owner, and Ben, the foreman were very knowledgeable, and always available and reliable when you need them the most! Very appreciative of the partnership and thrilled with the results.
From the first time we met with Mike Sherman and his team we knew we had found the right builder. The Sherman team is hard working, dedicated and very thorough. As with any building project, there are challenges that arise and Sherman Homes Inc. took care of all the challenges we encountered with building a custom home.
We built at one of the worst times (during covid) which had incredible material delays and constant issues out of our control or Sherman's control. The build team and project management team both did a great job overcoming and keeping our project on track.

From initial conversations about potentially leading a design-build for us to the final finishing touches, we have thoroughly enjoyed working with Mike, Nestor, Ben and the rest of the Sherman Homes team. Their communication throughout the process and accessibility when we had questions was excellent. Provided thoughtful insights/directions, but also listened to our input and asked questions to ensure they were meeting our needs as well as wants. High quality foundational construction and wonderful finishing touches—we have a dream home thanks to the Sherman team.
