The pressure pump that helps provides water to our home stopped working on a Friday recently - no water and the weekend was here. I called Rich Well Drilling and talked to Stuart. He had me go out to the pump and patiently went through a problem checklist. We quickly figured out what the problem was and it was fixed - no house call necessary. Stuart was great and very professional. It was clear that he cared about us as his customers. 5 Stars

I highly recommend Rich Well Drilling & Pump! Stuart was SO helpful, patient!, knowledgeable and funny while talking 2silly hillbilly gals through a pressure pump issue on 3-10-21. He helped us remove and test the check valve, which was the problem, and sent us to Wycoffs for replacement and explained how to install it. All this was free of charge. I imagine it would have been $100’s of dollars to replace a $50 part. I am forever indebted to this company for the help I received and the wonderful sense of humor that came with it! Kris Moore.
