Chue and Jeremy arrived at my house within the agreed-upon timeframe and came ready to remove and replace a shower/tub trim kit plus the waste and overflow pieces. They were careful not to track dirt in the house and wore booties, as well as placing a mat in front of my door. Both were courteous and professional, getting the job done in an expected amount of time. Scheduling the work with Rapid First Plumbing was also very easy thanks to Jeremy, the Manager. Finally, both ladies in the office kept me informed of the schedule and arrival time reminder. I will definitely use RFP again.

Jeremy is a super talented guy. Explained everything before he did it and made sure we understood. The only reason we gave your company an 8 is because we're senior citizen and a veteran household. You don't give any discount. Other places do. We're very happy with the work Jeremy did. We give a 10+++++
