“Alma was very friendly. I needed a last minute service for an event that I had coming up today Saturday. I walked in to the cleaners and was immediately greeted by Alma. I asked if they did same day or next day service and she said of course we do. To my surprise they had my suit ready and freshly ironed ready to go by 10am. “Hey World.....about 2 was ago...I went to Courtesy Cleaners on Compton Blvd in Compton, Ca and dropped off my choir robes to be cleaned for $10.25 each. After I picked up the robes...I did not check the robes. When I got home I noticed the black and cream colored robes had faded on the cream color. I took them back the next day with my ticket (I had already taken a pic of the robes before going in which I usually do with al.ost everything that I leave anywhere) and, I explained what I saw w/o mentioning the pics. Nevertheless, I had no problems at all. They explained how certain colors can bleed onto others. But, they politely and suddenly offered to release the robes again without any charge and the young gentleman kept apologizing. No problem on my end. I loved the professional service he offered and the customer service at such an ease. I was so happy. Great place!“

“I've been taking my son's uniform to this cleaners after having a bad experience with a different business. So far so good. The customer service is amazing, the prices are reasonable, and their hours are convenient, 7am-6pm. Big plus, they accept cards and cash and have parking.“

“Initially, I had some special pants that needed the zipper to be fixed. I got it fixed at $20 from other place, however, the quality was low. So I came to the Marlo. And I paid $35 for the zipper alternation. I wasn’t happy with the initial quality, so when I addressed to the manager, he immediately took the pant back. And this time, he fixed it with great care and with great quality. I think I had a conversation with him, specifically asking for high-quality zipper as this is my work-pants and I needed that.

When the pants return, the quality was superb. And when I start using them for a prolong period of time, I realized the zipper quality was actually much better than the original, luxury brand that this pants actually had. I was very happy with the quality of the work and craftmanship. Though I gotta say sometimes it takes a little longer - but I’d say it’s worth the waiting.

As a result of realizing this after some time, I decided to hand over my 2nd pants that needed the repairs. I decided to go with the Marlo Custom Cleaning because the quality is just unlike anything else, and I highly recommend this place.“

I was nervous handing over a jersey that is very dear to me with big stain on it and seeing as the jersey was white , I was ready to just make peace with it and continue to wear the jersey with all it's visible stain imperfections.
