During that time, I tried several other cleaners that were closed to me and was not happy with the quality I received. One cleaner in particular wouldn't take care of my buttons and ruined at least one button on almost every shirt I brought it. Hence, I returned to Mr. Hong and his wife. There's been one, maybe two occurrences where he overcharged me however, he told me the next time I came. If he wouldn't have told me I never would have noticed.
