I broke down in the middle of nowhere with 2 kids in the car. Marty came pretty quickly considering the shop is 20+ miles away! And he communicated a lot during the wait. He had a great attitude and friendly demeanor during the 60+ mile drive to my service station; he gave me some great stories and laughs in what would've otherwise been just an all-around stressful afternoon.
