Worst eye doctor in this area! They had my glasses for over a month and the optical person did not give me a call. She is up lock the door and walked away.. they finally after about four calls and leaving messages they called me today and said my glasses were ready; going to pick them up they don’t fit my face right I understand they need to be fitted by the optical department, no no no no one from the optical department is there, thinking oh maybe they just took a little time off for the holidays. They’ll be in a Monday maybe Tuesday, no no one‘s gonna be in freaking until the 15th! What are people supposed to do who are having to drive with glasses legally? Driving with way overdue prescriptions that don’t work right or a broken glasses.??
Waiting over 2 1/2 three months for glasses is absolutely ridiculous especially when you can’t even get any protection on them or any filters like blue light or scratch resistant or even fog resistant ,
I get unfortunately I have Medi-Cal insurance because I don’t make enough to get regular insurance but that’s zero reason to treat your patience like crap or having to wait that long. I understand a lot of people are getting them and need them but dang you need to order from a second supplier or if it’s been more than a couple weeks you need to call up and say hey patient a really needs these glasses for medical and legal purposes. Can we speed this one up or how long is it going to be or at least offer something added to their glasses for free. But oh no, no no if you have the money to pay cash for them then they’ll be ready in a week and a half or less.
The front office staff and the doctors are great , but stay away from the optical department. Well, I guess it may be different soon hopefully, hopefully this crazy person isn’t just taking a vacation or a retraining. She’s been nothing but rude. She was rude the day. I went to my eye appointment and picked out my glasses, not only to me but even ruder to a family picking out glasses that were a different ethnicity of her! That had already been reported to corporate
Thank goodness family eye care in Chico really wish they took my insurance, after trying to find somebody to help fit my glasses so they fit it properly so I could drive let alone see to do every day things, they greeted me with a smile, reassured me through my tears, as I was very upset and frantic of what was going on afraid of getting rejected since I didn’t have the right insurance.
They were so kind and helpful , faded my glasses for me and inform me of Rewood Eye Center that also takes Medi-Cal insurance.
So every single person who has Medi-Cal I pour you that we all need to switch to Rewood. None of us deserve the treatment that we have gotten here. No one should have to wait that long for their glasses to just see! Vision and being able to see is not a luxury everyone deserves to be able to see correctly!
I can go on and on and on about this . Peachtree, you really should do better. You should re-order People‘s glasses who have been waiting this long after contacting them and asking them if they want any special filters on their glasses. Letting them know you’re going to re-order them and make sure they are delivered promptly. And that the pair they currently are wearing, could be their emergency backup!
Also they won’t even give you a case for your glasses ao they don’t break!

The office experience was not a problem for me at all the care I received was also not a problem it's the underlying problems I experienced afterwards always having to come back to get tested and having multiple times with the same infection or one like it and the fact I'm scared to go in there again Maybe a lack of communication with the doctor

This is for their vision department. Peach Tree Optometry has changed and not for the better. The waiting room was horrible. Just two or three lines of chairs sitting shoulder to shoulder with nothing in between. It used to have little tables between several chairs to keep distance between people. I think maybe the waiting room is for two different practices. There was a lot of sick coughing people in there and I'm there for my grandson to get his first eye exam not to get sick from someone else. When we got called back and my grandson sat down at the machines for the technician to look in his eyes she did not sanitize any of the equipment that he had to lay his head against, and they used to do that in front of patients so we knew it was sanitized. I've been there several times over the years and they were incredible, but these last two times I've been there, in the last year and a half, they are lacking in several areas one being their lack of sanitary practices. When we went to pick out my grandson's glasses the Technician pretty much ignored us unless we asked her questions and even then she acted like we were inconveniencing her. There was no measuring of his eyes to fit his glasses or anything. The woman that used to work there, and I know she worked there for many years, was wonderful and knowledgeable and very helpful, and these people are the exact opposite of that. I think we will be finding a new place to go.

I attempted to contact my behavioral health doctor Franchesca to get a refill on my depression medicine (Cymbalta) because the pharmacy says my doctor denied my refill request but didn't give a reason WHY it was being denied.
She says (through her assistant) that I cannot get a refill until I come into the office. The problem is the next AVAILABLE appointment is a whole 30 DAYS away. DOES THAT SEEM RIGHT TO YOU?
So I'm supposed to go without my depression medicine ON TOP of the WITHDRAWL systems (itchy skin, agitation, and BRAIN ZAPS for the next 30 days? Today 5/3/23 she recommended (again through her assistant) that if I am having symptoms I should visit the ER... The ER doesn't prescribe DEPRESSION MEDS! So how is that going to help me??
After the nurse or whatever said the doctor denied my request until I can be seen IN-OFFICE I called again the same day 5/1/23 and asked for my doctor to call me back but instead of calling me her assistant keeps calling so I have to keep relaying messages through a 3rd party instead of talking to my doctor directly, I don't feel this is fair or professional at all.
SOMEONE FROM MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY AS I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE CURRENT SERVICES AND I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR TOO MANY YEARS TO BE TREATED THIS WAY.
MAYBEEEEEE DON'T PRESCRIBE A DEPRESSION MEDICINE THAT HAS WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS IF YOU ARENT ABLE TO GIVE A PATIENT AN APPOINTMENT IN A TIMELY MANNER IN ORDER TO GET A SIMPLE REFILL TO AVOID THOSE SYMPTOMS.

I had my 1st visit (New patient) I felt really comfortable, the staff were all freindly. My doctor came in and took her time getting to know me and any health issues I needed to talk about. I never felt rushed or that I didn't matter. The pharmacy was so convenient i was able to pick up my presciption on my way out and within minutes, and to find out they deliver. I would really recommend Peachtree health to anyone that needs a primary care or specialized care and cant decide where dont make the same mistake i did and choose the "other place", the facility itself alone rates way above Ampla's in Marysville. My visit there was not a good experience at all. Thank You Peachtree you made me glad that I picked a Peach.]

Absolute trash of a place. The communication and organization is a joke. All the good PAs quit and I don't blame them. This office doesn't seem so bad until you need them to actually do their job. Then it's chaos. Nobody ever knows what's going on! Never, ever on the same page with each other. Good luck!

Horrible service. NP/PA they had were great but they quit. Gee, I see why. Phone is 20 minute wait, then they rush you once you do get to talk to someone. Wait times to see a medical person is months to see one. And when you do have an appt, that person sends in their assistants and doesn't even bother to see the patient, which happened to me. She claims she went in. No, she did not. I did not see her at all. She lied. And continued to lie. I am not there to talk to her assistant. I am there to talk to HER. I guess I was not important enough. This place is a joke. Go somewhere else.

If i could give this place a 0 I would I've been coming here for a while i never liked this place i have my opinion on the Receptionists there but I never wanted to comment on it because its pointless looks like they hate their job. But anyway I have a broken finger I waited a month for my appointment and to only get there and be told the doctor isn't there they said they tired calling me uhm you only called once and you called on a Friday my appointment was on Monday if I didn't pick up thats because I'm working. They said they left a voice mail okay tell me why on the voice-mail all I hear is talking in the background you seriously can hear the receptionist talking about non related work how do you want me to feel when you basically say you can't do nothing about it have me driving back and forth to different places and tell me I have to go to the ER thats my only option I understand if I was just a walk in but I had a appointment not only did I miss work but now I have my finger thats in pain with no medication its just holding on by a brace like are you serious this place fucking sucks

If I could give NO stars I would. This place has been awful from the get go. The staff at the front desk will literally look at you standing in line and continue to use their cell phone as if you don't exist. Super professional, NOT. I was a patient here for a long time, not anymore. I'm transferring. The MA Sandra is quite possibly the worst I've ever encountered. She doesn't call you back and when you finally do get her on the phone after 45 minutes of being on hold she has an attitude and will argue with you that she did call you back. Well that's weird I have no missed calls and no voicemail. Anyways, then they tell me my very simple office procedure has to be referred out because they can't perform the IUD swap. OK I guess, even though I had it put in there with their Dr in the first place 5 years ago. Moving on, they cancel my appointment to have it exchanged and tell me I'm waiting for a referral phone call to schedule me elsewhere. Then that phone call comes from Sutter North, turns out Peachtree sent over the completely wrong paperwork with very different information on it than what they told me. OK now I have to wait for them to send it again, this time with the correct information. I called once a week for three weeks with no response phone call. Finally after demanding I speak to someone I get Sandra on the phone yet again. She's the MA for the gyno I saw. She has no idea what I'm talking about and hasn't even followed up with Sutter North's request for my correct patient information. To top it all off I get a call saying I missed my appointment, you know, the one they cancelled on me. I'm beyond annoyed and completely lost all faith in their capabilities. It's as if they don't communicate within their own facility. Let alone with the referral they said I need. It's awful. Horrible customer service. Actually has the nerve to get an attitude with me, the patient, the one paying their salary. I dont know what has changed within the last three years but Peachtree health has gone down hill fast. In a separate recent occasion; they even roomed me in a bio hazardous room that had the blood of the previous patient on the floor with a bloody gauze and bandage. This was sitting on the floor at their immediate care office in Marysville. I took a photo and immediately told the MA about it. She went in the room cleaned it up and had the audacity to come to me and literally say " What blood?" I walk back in the room to see it cleaned up and I say " How dare you insult my intelligence like that, don't you think I took a picture." Mind you this is two separate experiences at two seperate facilities ran by Peachtree Health. Don't go there. These people are wackos with no idea what they're doing and no shame in their disrespectful game. I'm appalled. Sandra I hope you see this and know just how awful your customer service is. I hope this review will prevent other patients from having to deal with these sub-par horrible people. Can't wait to be done with Peachtree forever. Now to get my medical records transferred and never look back. Steer clear of Peachtree Health.
