Excellent. Office staff, Dr. Byers, everything about his office is exemplary. HIGHLY recommend.Sincerely, BHAddendum: Glasses took almost a month to be available for pick up and when I got them, one lens turned dark in the sun, the other lense stayed clear. Not the fault of this office, but the lab that makes them is not very good.

Everyone was wonderful on my visit. Can't wait to get my new glasses. There was no waiting, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and they have some great frames to pick from. They were helpful at getting me the things I wanted in my glasses at a good price. And the doctor took his time and listened while flipping lenses to get the right "fit" for my eyes. All around it was a good experience.

My first experience with the staff was incredible.I called the office and spoke with Kathleen. Speaking with Kathleen for the first time was like talking to a great friend. Very helpful and responsive.My first visit to the office was an awesome experience. Dr. Byers and staff are top notch.Thanks for the wonderful service.
