Lakeside Colonial Capel was recommended to me by a friend and they surely were amazing, especially Eugene, who met me and helped me to navigate through such heartbreaking times of my life, and he did it with such gentleness and compassion, his soothing Soul was huge positive impact on me. 5 stars. 5 stars. 5 stars. In my limited experience with Funeral Homes, I can honestly say that Lakeside Colonial Chapel is by far the best. My father recently passed away in October and the funeral home who we were utilizing was very unprofessional and showed a lack of empathy when price became an issue they did not budge. My older sister told me about Lakeside being used to cremate my grandmother and how great they were. I decided to use Lakeside. Lakeside was very very compassionate and understood the pain my family was in. They did not try and argue or price gouge as the previous did, they took my father and did what needed to be done.
