Lakeside Colonial Chapel was so caring, warm, empathetic, understanding, and i felt like I was being embraced by a family member mourning my loss with me. Everything was on my terms, and at my pace. When our mom passed away, Rideout hospital was rushing us and told my sister and I we had to pick a funeral home before we left the hospital so we had no time to do any research. So based on one strangers recommendation we chose Lakeside, and I am so glad we did, Jasmine was very sympathetic to our situation, was very understanding and took the time to explain all the things we didn't understand. There was no upselling items we didnt need and no pressure to buy thier urns, and they had our moms ashes back home within a week or so.
