Took my first class yesterday I had an amazing time. It was very challenging, but I learned a lot and everyone was very helpful I will definitely be signing up and training here. I would definitely recommend it to anybody in the area.

A great place to train with really amazing professors and coaches. There’s a women’s class on Wednesdays, although the regular adults classes usually have a few women in them, too. The kids classes are rowdy and fun to watch before the adult classes start. They also offer Muay Thai and judo, but the timing is off for me and I don’t have room for any more gear!

It's all about the instructors when learning martial arts. Led by Jonathan Callahan, this one has the best. You always feel welcome, and safety is always a priority.
