Kevin installed a new HVAC and ducts; the system would shut down because the ducts were installed incorrectly causing the HVAC to shut down because the heat was backing up! After years of asking Kevin to correct the issues, he suggested another company, this company agreed that the ductwork is installed incorrectly and causing the unit to shutdown after 3 minutes, which then blows air. And the unit still under Kevin's warranty and he won't honor it. Beware my neighbors

Kevin is great--he responded on a day when it was 100 degrees and our a/c went out. He was prompt, efficient and very reasonably priced. We will absolutely use him again.Service: HVAC system repair

Awesome service!Our AC died in the middle of the afternoon on a day where the high temperature in Martinez was 104. I spent the rest of the day and most of the next day calling various AC contractors, trying to get someone to look at my system, with no availability for 2 days. When I contacted Kevin, he responded in half an hour and asked if he could come "now." He had identified the failed part (capacitor) in about 2 minutes of looking at the system and went and got the part and had it installed in less than an hour from when he arrived at my house.
