Updated review: I’d like to share that Walmart Vision has been very helpful, and the staff are friendly and supportive. I understand they were remodeling, which explains the earlier issues.
Everything is now resolved, and I was able to return both of my glasses. I’m updating and taking back my previous review—thank you for all your help.

My glasses broke on the airplane when I landed in SF to visit family. Went straight to Walmart, and the lovely employees helped me get my frames stable enough to wear (at no charge mind you!!) until I could find somewhere to get a same day pair to last the rest of my trip. They spent significant time trying all ways to make my glasses wearable so I could could continue to see.. 10/10 customer service, extremely grateful for their ability to help me and the positive attitude they had :)

Went to the Vison Center at Walmart Martinez and James was soo helpful. He greeted me with a smile and I felt assured that when I told him my issue and concern he could help and within minutes I had my favorite glasses fixed. Thanks again James I'll return soon!
