We had a under the sink leak at my elderly parents house. I visit every Saturday and try to take care of things but this was beyond my abilities. I wasn’t going to be able to come back during the week to manage an appt and a service call is too much for the folks to handle at this point. They barely leave the house and are suspicious of everyone. Rooter hero got Noah to me in less then an hour. He was friendly and funny and chatted with my parents about their common New York roots.
