We had a great experience with Mr. Attic Insulation. The team did an excellent job installing our insulation and was professional, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the process.
After the installation, we experienced a rodent issue. Even though it wasn’t directly caused by the insulation work, they stood behind their service and came back to address the problem as part of their commitment to customer satisfaction. Having recently purchased a new home with limited attic access and not being fully aware of the past history with squirrels rats and mice over the past 30 years my new home had endured, I was uncomfortably surprised once I traversed the difficult access for myself.
It was at this point I knew I was in for a significant cleanup job in order to make this home my own.
Who to call?
(1) First I called my license electrician to inspect advise and resolve anything discovered. During that process I hauled away 15 bags of insulation to the dumps and knew I needed help! It's a big job.

Knowing I had rodents in my attic, I did some searching and sent requests for quotes to 5 companies. Three responded and all three sent someone to talk to me. Two of the three were larger companies and had pre rehearsed presentations and really tried to close the sale on the spot. Sean was older and more experienced; he walked me through the process and answered all my questions. Based on Seans experience I awarded him the job. His crew were very professional, careful around furniture and artwork. They put covering where necessary and cleaned up after the workday was done.
