We recently moved into a house built in the 1950's, and unfortunately found that the ducts below our house had multiple leaks and rodent droppings. I obtained bids from several contractors, and ended up working with HSR. All of the team members (office staff, Sam (the guy who came to our house to give the estimate), Rafi (he was the phone contact who was very good with following through with setting up appts and the actual project), and installers (Fernando and others)) were friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and timely.
