The care and services are fine, this probably doesn't effect you but Many years ago Huy Dang the owner came to United Airlines trying to drum up more business he told us Union Dental was a good deal for us and if we choose to join Union Dental employees and their families wouldn't have to pay a deductible. Recently I went in for treatment and they told me I have to pay a deductible. I reminded them that Huy Dang said we would never have to pay a deductible. They told me they will talk with the manager, she came out and said she spoke with Huy Dang and he said I have no written contract with United Airlines and I'm not going to honor that anymore. This place is a terrible business they do terrible work. They messed up so bad on my girlfriend she's going somewhere else to get her teeth fixed. Her porcelain teeth kept falling out after union dental tried to repair it several times after months of mouth, pain and bleeding. She finally decided to go somewhere else.

This place is very unprofessional. The lady at the front desk should not be working there or anywhere she has no communication skills at all. I keep getting the run around with these folks. They lack leadership, commitment. And they do not honor their word. But when it comes to taking your money they will treat you like the prince of Dubai Pathetic.
