wonderful!! I'm walking on air after an amazing hour with Kristie! It has been a year since I had a massage..or took time for myself. I already scheduled another massage! thank you so much Kristie!

I don’t know what I’d do with the Wellness nook. My job takes a toll on my body as well as auto-immune issues I have that leave me in constant pain. I’ve been with the Wellness Nook for well over a year, and my weekly visit with Jeanine, is what I call my reset. I go in and Jeanine and Kristi (who is an amazing addition) center me, my body and my mind. After each visit I am renewed, relaxed and ready tackle the week ahead of me. I find missing a weekly appointment is not good for me, and it definitely adds to the workload of my massage therapist. What a treasure we have in our little town, a place where we can go to help relieve the stress we carry and Kristi does just that. She is a great Massage Therapist who listens to what your communicating and is so willing to facilitate what your after. This is so important to me as my needs can change from month to month and I need a massage that will help me with my issues for that day. I will for sure be going back to her on a regular basis as this helps improve my muscle pain, circulation as well an intentional place to relieve stress and strain which is so important to achieve a healthy body and mind. Thank you Kristi for giving me such a wonderful experience. ?‍♀️
