Christmas Day of all days, we suddenly had no water and were in full panic mode. Tri-County Pump and Well came to our immediate rescue, and we cannot say enough good things about them. They responded right away, showed up promptly, and handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and skill—even on a holiday. My experience with Tri County was awesome! Brodie came out, and assessed my “no water” situation within just 1 hour of my phone call.
I watched him troubleshoot each step, starting with the simple stuff and eventually, correctly determined the pump had finally gone out. It was obvious that he was knowledgeable, and experienced in the field and he was also very professional. We had the pump, wiring, well pipe, and pressure tank all replaced.
