I first came to Montage Wellness Center for physical therapy for bad knees. The warm water pool helped a lot as well as the trainers. I joined the gym during the holiday special. For someone on disability this is very pricey to pay $80 a month. I will try to keep going but I might need to cancel the membership due to cost.
This place is the whole package for physical wellness needs. The hot tub warm pool and lap pool are always clean and stay at the proper temperatures at all times. I wish they had more family style restrooms. If you are a different set caregiver, you can only go at certain times because they family bathrooms are not always available.
This place is very nice. Spread out and not a meat market. Clean and comfortable. There are 2 pools and a hot tub! One pool is warm and they have water aerobics in it. You can actually get an excellent workout doing that. Good music too! The main pool is a nice temperature too-not too cold-perfect. It’s never crowded. It has a family friendly atmosphere.
