Five star service they came the same day in the morning finished by 2 pm same day
Other plumbing companys told me one day out/ one week out and if I wanted them to come today, I have to pay the overtime fee, which was double up price.
Again, happy with their services came same day and have fair prices

Top notch best plumbing company I've ever done business with. I managed maintenance at 17 locations in the Monterey/Salinas/Carmel area and relied on JT Plumbing for HUGE emergencies and minor issues. They handled EVERYTHING no matter how large or small the problem was. They deftly handled problems that required road closures to excavate sewer lines in city streets. They took care of sewer line blockages. You name it, they did it. When what seemed like a simple plumbing call required different contractors to get involved they knew how to manage the project. I can't speak to the other reviews because my experience has been stellar. We had an old broiler system for our radiant heat and hot water system. It failed and JT (the owner) showed up within two hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue but realized we needed a new system. It's 15 years old so I knew it was time and the company is out of business so parts were basically impossible to find. JT understood being without hot water for a couple of weeks would be a challenge. BUT some serious outside the box thinking came into play.
