Great customer service. They also try and answer all of your questions over the phone. Most other places that I called would not answer my questions on the phone and would want me to go in. Updated review - Exceptional work on a couple of pieces that two other Drycleaners could not handle and were not able to get the stains completely out- these guys did their Magic.
I was looking for a dry cleaners to handle all my smoke damaged clothing and bedding after being affected by the fire, and I came across the cleaning baron. I found out the owner is also the owner of Ogden cleaners in the palisades. While his facility survived, he is processing everything in the marina for the time being. They did an amazing job treating my clothes and household items, and the stuff came out like brand new. If anyone needs any type of smoke restoration, I recommend them.
