Today was my first time going to any SportsFit office and I must say if I could give 10 stars, I would. I walked in to set up an appointment for my mom and the process was literally a breeze, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Katriina at the front was AMAZING. She was so sweet and was the only person at the front, but it shows she can multitask and does her job flawlessly. I told her my mom was unable to walk or get out of the car due to an ACL tear, and she was so understanding. She gave me all the paperwork needed for my mom to fill out at home and just told me to bring back. Her quality of care was at 110%. Thank you Katriina for making my first visit so amazing.

I just floated out of SportsFit after seeing Misha for the second time. If you're looking for a massage therapist who can make you feel like a bowl of jello, look no further than Misha! Her hands are like a magical combination of steel and feathers - strong enough to work out all those knots, but gentle enough to make you feel like you're floating on a cloud. If you're into deep tissue and facia massages, Misha is your gal. Trust me, you'll leave feeling like a new person and you might end up being a few inches taller. Just be warned, you may never want to leave the massage table. Thanks for all the good vibes, Misha!

I’m ashamed that I haven’t reviewed Sportsfit sooner as I’ve been going here for years! The professional PT staff at both the MDR and SM locations are simply crème de la crème. They never *not* know what’s going on with my body and took a holistic approach that respected the underlying psychosomatic symptoms I experienced. Matt is my current PT and he’s just the greatest. He has helped me gain mobility and strength throughout my hips and thoracic spine and took the time to educate me on the physiology. Save yourself time in searching for the right PT and come here!
