Our carpet was destroyed which I thought was beyond hope because of our dogs. However it looks like a new carpet, no stains!! Whole heartedly impressed by their service! I was in a bind! I hired another company to come clean my carpet, but they we're in the business of "bait and switch". So I called MDR pro and couldn't be happier with the results.
