KTD is a highly unprofessional engineering establishment. After I submitted my plans for my mechanical engineer, permit they insisted that they would be sending me a proposed plan within 24 hours-- five days later I had not received anything. After calling and asking why I have not received a response the person on the phone says that he will not be assisting with this project and hung up the phone. Do not work with them!!

HVAC SUBCONTRACTORS BEWARE!! STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY!! Arash will have you bid on a project that is drawn by him and say that you have been awarded the project, but in reality they are the HVAC contractor and you are the sub. The plans are so over the top that you will literally spend hours reading all the details, just so he can say "it was on the plan, you should have seen it." All the work in his "portfolio" is when he worked under his fathers firm, but he represents it as his work.
