I needed a gutter repair, and Mark came over within a day of me calling him (other companies couldn't schedule me for weeks). He checked the problem, explained it and gave me a price -- but then showed me how I could do it myself. His bottom line was, "save your money." I was struck by his honesty and no BS attitude. He's a great guy. I highly recommend him and would use him for any job, big or small.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this review because Mark not only cleaned our gutters and fixed some downspouts but also diagnosed and fixed a leak we were having. Long story short we re-did our roof because we thought that was the source of our leak. It took Mark less than an hour to diagnose it and fix it.

This company was very helpful and responsive and did great work. Mine was a small job: Clean up the downspouts on the front of the house for a modern look, but Mark still took the time to talk to me about options while on site and again after he left, when I had questions. We ended up putting a larger, modern, square downspout in the place of one, and removing another. They were able to schedule the work soon after I decided, too, which I appreciated. The installers were friendly and did a great job. They took time with me to talk about painting options. And, the lead installer, offered to do a cut-out at the end instead of an elbow since I was going for a simple look....read full review
