Stephanie helped me with my first pairs of prescription glasses. After 88 years without glasses I was concerned about the process of actually picking the “right” ones. Stephanie made me very comfortable. Employees like Stephanie keep is coming to Costco.
This is my fourth pair of prescription lenses from Costco Optical, and my first time using the Optical Center at the Marina del Rey location. One of the pairs wasn’t quite what I expected, so I went back and they were incredibly kind and helpful in figuring out what was wrong and making it right.
I already love Costco, and the Optical Center is no different. The value and savings are incredible, and the customer service made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
