I would recommend this Costco , esp the Optical Dept. Everyone is very helpful and accommodating. Thank you Jesus for being so helpful and thorough in explaining and assisting me getting a new eyeglasses. Thank you Vicky and Tuesday, you didn't hesitate to help me find the right frame that fits me. Keep up the good work!
Tom provides excellent customer service at the Marina Del Rey Costco location! He not only is very skilled but is extremely patient, considerate and attentive when helping my child with special needs! He goes above and beyond and is definitely a great asset to the Costco optical department! My child always looks for him when we visit this Costco!
Tom was really helpful and professional. I was looking for a new pair of glasses and Tom recommended the clear burberrys, which I absolutely love. I’ve been getting compliments on them. Tom was knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up buying another pair for computer glasses.
