We had issues with our kitchen sink/dishwasher clogged and leaking everywhere. Knights Plumbing dispatcher technician Weston to our home. He was very professional very considerate, cleaned up the area even after completing the job. I had lots of questions and he made sure to answer them in a way I could understand which is hugely appreciated for me! He was on time and was straight forward. During payment there was a glitch in the system and he was sure to verify that I was not overcharged by calling into his office before leaving my home which again was super helpful and considerate leaving me to feel secure. We have used Knight's Plumbing and Drain several times. They are always prompt in responding to our needs. The service men are polite and do a great job cleaning out drains. Highly recommended!
"Outstanding" Professionalism of both technicians (Jason G. & Carlos G.). Extremely knowledgeable, and skilled. Both of their friendly attitude and attention to detail was notable. What also stood-out! Was cleaning-up, and getting rid of the any debris and old part's.
