Jr. is very knowledgeable technician. Polite and handled himself professionally. After introducing himself he immediately put on shoe booties before entering our home. He explained what this maintenance check will consist of and approximately how it will be. After checking and draining our water heater Jr prepared an estimate of the issue he noted via an email. Which I received just after he left. Knights Plumbing has professionals employed by them. Jr is the 3rd technician that has come to my home and I can honestly say how pleased I am of all three!! Repair was done quickly on the only visit that was needed. My only complaint is if the city inspector is needed to remind your customer first that smoke detectors will be inspected too regardless of original repairs. Thank you.
