I've been coming to this Dr. For 10 years now.. he always takes care of me. Every time I come in.. he's gotten me to see other Dr.s to take care of me.. I had hernia surgery, he sent me to a great Dr. .. he's always getting my blood test done to see what I need done to be healthy. I would definitely recommend this Dr. 10 years and going and I don't plan on leaving..

The lady Mellisa works at counter is so rude. She talks very rudely with patients, this attitude lady needs to be fired!!

honestly, very rude staff. They are so rude over the phone and also in person. I needed to get my blood work done in emergency but will never visit this place ever again.

Lady who answered the phone is extremely rude. Based off this I would Never recommend going somewhere with such rude customer service.

Great doctor and AMAZING customer service!! Melissa at the Main Street in Manteca. I called today and was forwarded to the Lathrop office and asked if I could ask Melissa a question , They told me she was busy with another client, but to hold on and Of Course, she got right on the phone. She's just Top Notch, one of a kind, and a very hard worker. Main Street has been my PCP for 13+ yrs but she didn't work there then That I know of at least, but Thank God she took over Main Street front office, I have been able to rely on her for absolutely any problem. I Don't get sick much so they might see me 2 or 3x max in a year if I make an appointment Or ask for a referral to specialist, Yet she always seems to know exactly who I am and even remembers my name which really means a lot to me. Thank you I really appreciate you, Melissa!! I am very grateful To all ladies in office and doctor as well!

I'm a provider receiving a referral from this clinic. I called the office after 6:00 pm. They did not have an answering machine for after hours. Not even a recording saying they are closed for the day or state their working hours. Any medical facility should have at least that much.
