“The doctor was great. She made me feel comfortable both visits I had within a week apart (Pap-smear/BIRTH-CONTROL). My nurse was also super friendly and helpful with providing information about things I had no knowledge of and was able to answer any questions I had. The only person I did not feel happy with was the receptionist with dyed red hair. She was rude on both visits, and seemed annoyed when talking to anyone walking in for their appointments.“
“New year's eve and needed to pick up urgent medication today. Pharmacy was very light with just a handful of people, straight to the check-in window, wonderful friendly customer service, 10-15 minutes for 4 prescriptions and again very friendly service and consultation. Very pleased and thanked them for their work on new year's eve. Place was very clean and organized.“

“Typical Kaiser facility. My wait time here is around maybe 15mins. Their pretty good on appointment times. Nice and clean pretty quit surprisingly enough. All the staff and doctors I've encountered so far have been pretty friendly. I give it 4 out of 5“
“I love my OB/GYN Doctor, but man it is so difficult to get through on the phone. And front office staff isnt very nice or courteous. I do like her MA though.“
