“I recently visited for a facial and was very impressed with Preet’s work. She did a fantastic job — very patient, professional, and thorough. I truly appreciated her care and attention.

However, my experience with the owner was disappointing. I specifically requested an express facial due to time constraints, which should have taken about 30 minutes. Instead, the owner directed her assistant to proceed with a “Glow Up” facial, saying it would take 60 minutes. The service ended up lasting only 50 minutes, yet I was charged the full amount for the longer facial — without being consulted or informed clearly about the change.

While I’m happy with the service Preet provided, I wish the communication had been clearer and the customer’s preferences better respected.“
