Rachel took those and developed questions that filled in the blanks I didn’t know to provide answers to, and allowed me to have input in the appointment while adding her expertise of color, cut, and styling! I left knowing more about my hair than I’ve ever learned before, which is awesome in that now I can be more autonomous in my hair care. If this adds any bonus I also am from out of town and with this being my first time having any coloring done to my hair, Rachel was the girl I trusted!
