Great service. Very thorough inspection and report. Needed an immediate inspection and we were able to get a next day appointment. Kirk arrived on time, was pleasant and very thorough. We were sent a very detailed report with pictures in less than 24 hours of the physical inspection. Very reasonably priced as well . Highly recommend their services
Unbelievable disregard for boundaries and follow through. Not only did he miss three huge issues with the house on his inspection, but sent me and not my realtor the results? Are you serious? This man text me ON MY WEDDING DAY, the 4th of July for payment of 450.00! Hello, I'm in escrow and could not touch my accounts for a WEEK which I explained the first time was going on and it would get paid either way...yet got phone calls, texts, and emails demanding payment for 6 days straight. Oh, and who asks for "VENMO"? My babysitter asked for Venmo but not a professional business! This man needs coaching in how to handle clients: I would NEVER recommend since... read full review
