We have used Accent One since 1985. This transaction did not go smoothly at all but the issues were with the manufacturer not Accent One. Bryant and Janet went above and beyond trying to correct the issues. Customer service is still alive and we highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

When my regular flooring store let me down a few weeks ago by giving me a ridiculous quote for flooring, I called these guys who were happy to step in. Since I live far away from the home my client is selling, Mike was happy to go out on his own and suggest materials and colors that would work in the house. Before installation, I came out to confirm and pay the bill, which was smooth as can be. I’ll admit, downtown Manteca isn’t the greatest place I’ve seen but the mural on the side of this building is spectacular. The inside is good too and I’ll say it’s the best looking place in the entire area.Great service on top of everything. Don’t miss this place!

They are friendly, helpful, and they go out of their way to make your experience with them an enjoyable one. The employees were very nice and considerate of me and my belongings. I would and do recommend them to everyone.
