Have been going to this yoga studio for the past four years, and it is wonderful. The owners and teachers are all devoted to creating a perfect yoga atmosphere for the students. And the variety of classes from yin to chair to slow flow to vinyasa make it a studio that works for all bodies’s needs.
I love this studio. The staff is so friendly and some even know me by name. I love the variety of classes and instructors. With the monthly membership i have been able to explore classes and instructors and now pick my classes based on what i need physically or mentally. The studio is clean and well maintained.
Chair & Restorative Yoga are helping strengthen my core / muscle groups as each instructor has different muscle group focus for total harmony...including my "emotional spirit muscle":) Staff is ALWAYS helpful to individual needs getting each of us a full session. I'm secure with streaming if I cannot make it to class, to make sure I continue expanding my "possible" from what was stiff:)
