Charles has an art for design and you could see it in the way he stages. In fact, he sold a condo in our building in nine (9) days due to his staging technique. His expertise and relationships with his customers is valuable. He knows the Long Beach market as well as other markets well. He helped my sister and I find an agent in Palm Desert to sell our condos. Charles is available to his clients day and night and is a pleasure to work with.
