On a short notice Mr. Thompson, President/CEO of SHoMB, arranged for the service and even sent his staff to the hospital before I was discharged. As several reviews have stated, Mr. Thompson's flexibility in adjusting the caregiver's schedule based on the client's medical/personal needs is exceptional.
