I recently started doing the curly girl method after years of damaging my hair with a flat iron. Scarlett was tremendously helpful in helping me identify which products would be best for my hair type. Now instead of having frizzy hair I have defined waves thanks Scarlett!
The store manager was very helpful in assisting me to pick out just the right products for my hair. Since one item was out of stock, she ordered it for me and gave me a 20% discount because of the extra trip I would have to make to pick it up. Excellent service !!
We came in to Planet Beauty on Saturday because my daughter wanted to bleach a small section of her hair. We were very warmly greeted at the door, and eager to offer assistance-- by the time we were done, we had absolutely everything we needed, along with an educational lesson on the various levels of developers and how to use the products we purchased - precisely down to how much product to mix with how much developer. All at very reasonable prices. And we walked away with some samples too. Wonderful shop. Would very highly recommend!
