Dr. Bates is a knowledgeable, holistic chiropractor who truly cares about his clients. 5 Stars! The staff is knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. Dr Bates is gentle, well, except when he twisted my neck and I screamed. He's thorough and explains everything. I left feeling a bit better than when I went in. And I'll see him again tomorrow. Thank you, Dr Bates and staff!
