Sherry with Snowcreek Properties, from our very first meeting, knew the market well and had resources ready for everything we needed. She was always available on the phone and quick to respond when we wanted to see a property, setting up times around our schedule. She also understood the requirements of a 1031 exchange and had a great referral for someone to handle it.
