I had a complex wall heater installation project that replacement / repair, and I needed to get it fixed. After calling just about every service provider in the area, I found most places were very slow to respond--and many won't return a call at all. Apparently demand outpaces supply in this area, and it really shows.Jake at Baldwin was the first person to get back to me. He took a lot of time to truly understand the project, and I never felt rushed even though I'm sure everyone at Baldwin was quite busy. By the time even our first call was over, I had a far great understanding of what was needed in terms of the technical requirements of the hardware (heater models, wiring, etc), the installation itself, and the overall process (estimate, install, inspection, etc.). As a result, I was much more confident about the next steps and we followed up from there.Jake's response showed an impressive level of professionalism. I greatly appreciated hist effort to understand and communicate with me about the project. It speaks very highly of Baldwin as a company.

I was so impressed with the Baldwin Industrial Group(BIG). Jesse the owner spoke to me on the phone to help me diagnose the problem with our wall heater. They were unable to get a technician to the house that same day but scheduled for a day later. I live in Orange County and have a tenant in our cabin at Mammoth and BIG arranged a good time with my tenant. Also, Jake the technician called me to confirm I knew the appointment time as well. Before Jake arrived I received a text message with his photo and a quick bio. I was so impressed with the professionalism of this company. It is very difficult to get service professionals in Mammoth. I will definitely call Baldwin when I am in need of an electrician in the future.

We love Baldwin Industrial Group. They were highly recommended to us by our Realtor and the Home Inspector. Our place needed a new electrical panel, thermostats, and baseboard heaters in the bedroom. Mike was the BEST! Totally trusted him to come in and out of the house while we weren't there and to do the job correctly. We had to wait a few months to get the project started because they are so busy, but it was well worth the wait. We just purchased a new home here and we have already called Jesse to get on his agenda to have our new place worked on by Mike. Don't go anywhere else but Baldwin!
