My wife and I purchased a spa from Mammoth Spa Creations. Or salesman and point of contact was Damon Conover. Damon was incredibly responsive and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He worked in conjunction with the city and the electrician we hired, (Greg Rathburn-High Altitude), who was equally as amazing as Damon. We also hired Damon to continue our monthly service. The spa was installed and working as designed on 12/14/23. I HIGHLY recommend Mammoth Spa Creations and especially Damon. Super nice man and they are lucky to have him represent their company.
We rented an airbnb that was walking distance from the slopes. While walking there, I dropped by brand new and expensive goggles. Angel from Spa Creations was on his way to service our spa and found my goggles on the floor in the parking lot. Thanks to him, they didn't get ran over or stollen. He safely returned them back to me and saved me from having to buy another pair. Oh, and our spa looked great too! Thanks Angel! You saved the day!
