Jamie is a wonderful masseuse! My neck was killing me! Honestly, I can't remember having such a awesome experience getting a massage. I woke up in pain sleeping on a really uncomfortable hotel bed. I googled online, and the website was easy, with online booking and availability. I was contacted quickly by Jamie after booking online, and her appointment was verified. I was given clear directions. When I arrived, she sat down with me and we talked about what I preferred and areas I wanted focus. I left there warm, relaxed and loosened. Best massage I have had in a long long long time! highly recommend Jamie

My massage will relieve sore muscles, release blocks and provide a deep mind body soul relaxation. I include Swedish style massage, pressure point therapy, aromatherapy, and Reiki in my massages. Clients may also book a Castor oil pack treatment, which has been shown to increase circulation and improve elimination and healing of tissues and organs. It is particularly supportive to the lymphatic system, which in turn helps improve digestion, boost immune function, and reduce swelling and inflammation. I have been offering an intuitive Reiki massage for more than twenty-five years because I enjoy helping others reach optimum health in mind, body and spirit.
