Besides the amazing massages from these talented ladies, one thing that has boosted my mood and my health is the infrared sauna at The Body synergy location. For years I have struggled with a disease that compromises my immune system. My health seems to go up and down, even though I have tried so many things; both western medicine and homeopathic options. Since trying the sauna four months ago I am hooked! This sauna makes me feel relaxed, refreshed, and most importantly re-energized. It's a beautiful addition to the spa!

Was visiting Mammoth for my cousin's birthday...and was feeling really achy and stiff overall...coming off of a bad flu. I was on the hunt for a sauna and came across the sauna/Normatec combo with booking a massage. Read up more on the types of massages and the therapists...and decided it would be most beneficial to get the whole package. The sauna was incredible. Plenty of space and you have a room all to yourself. It gets hot ...upwards of 140 deg. Really nice to do some light stretches and meditate in here. The Normatec came after my massage. I spent a 6 hour drive up to Mammoth very uncomfortable as I am still recovering from surgery last month. I met the owner Jamie, booked a massage for the very next day, and then came back every day for 4 days, lol. Jamie and her staff are amazing!!! Every day my body drastically improved. I went from chronic pain, very limited mobility. To feeling almost normal in only 4 days. Because I was still early in my recovery, I needed a very skilled therapist and that is exactly what they provide. They exceeded my expectations and I'll definitely be back!!
