We had a house fire in Dec 2023 in Madera and our house had to be rebuilt. At the time we no idea who to work with, but so glad we chose Renaissance! They worked well with our insurance (USAA), did a great job of communicating with us over the budget and selections process, and the work got done exactly on the timeline they laid out. We were able to move back in by December 2024. They did a great job dealing with the permitting process with the city, and we really appreciated that their subcontractors were all local and reliable. Our project managers were Lance and Stephanie, and definitely recommend them both!
May 5, 2024 we lost our home to a fire in Dos Palos. Renaissance came to our rescue right away! They comfort me with 100 % assurance that they would rebuild for us? and they did! We are 100 % satisfied with the job Dave and his workers did for us Our home is beautiful and we can’t thank them enough for all they have done and more! The past year Mike and I have met the best crew of workers! David Podergois and Erin LaBelle Mike and I (Shirley)thank you both so much for everything ??
This is a great company with employees that really care which is rare in this day and age. Jesse Rosas is a great project manager who goes above and beyond. His coordinator Bree is also very organized and responsive. Overall I would definitely recommend them for any major restoration project.
