Overall great experience. I submitted a request online and within a few minutes I received a call from Kimberly. She had a service technician come out same day and diagnose my HVAC. From the time I submitted the online form to having a service technician at my front door was no more than 2 hours tops. Ivan was great, he explained what the issue with my unit was and provided me with possible solutions.

Brain's came out and checked my unit. They said it should be under waranty and they contacted the manufacturer for me and got my warranty for me. Replaced the part for me, with the warranty coverage and saved me a lot of money. The are very good and honest company. I would highly recommend them.
