Very prompt and no BS, he also already had the part. That was the BIGGEST win win for us, with the crazy heat we just about passed out!
After trying a few other AC companies, this company was available during a weekend and major heat wave. They were quick to respond and diagnosed the problem. They were quite reasonable also. We will definitely give them a call again.
