They said i lied about my information which wasn't true I gave them a mailing address plus my residence address .. kept telling me they would bail me out .. surrendered my bail no notice. Very unprofessional, they should of just been honest from the start and had sum nerve to say i lied . Yes we're in there for whatever reason but as people who have families have business to take care for whatever the outcome will be in my situation. That's y we get the chance to bail out and for this people to just lie , put our hopes up, and end the end just robed us . Cuz I can't get the money i put down and I have to finish paying them.. very unprofessional. One of the employees even said we should of just been honest from the start ... The emotional stress they caused my wife and family since my parents were cosigners.Never lied about my residence if u guys don't understand mailing address to residence address. Since day one my cosigner's gave the right residence address... N yes unprofessional didn't inform us of anything and shouldn't of been lied to n gave the run around . Saying yes . N then taking d other one away no notice or anything. N i did see the reviews . But I'm sure I'm not the only one that this has happened to i just decided to say somethingAnd I don't believe being held in court cuz I appeared like I'm supposed to for bail n case purposes is being rearrested.

I just want to thank Cindy she was a life saver that's for sure . Very friendly , prompt and patient with me, her customer service skills were beyond exceptional. I'd never thought be I'd needing this service but thankfully Cindy was there to help in my time of need. I highly reccomend this place to all my friends and family thank you so much.
