I got my eyelashes done on Friday the 18th came back today to see if they can fix them and they had me waiting and looking all stupid not saying a damn thing all this people are so rude unprofessional

I decided to treat my mom to a pampering session for her birthday, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by JACK, the person who did my mom's nails. He displayed extreme rudeness, showing annoyance when asked questions, neglecting to inquire about my mom's nail preferences, and even roughly pushing her hand aside. When I brought this up with the salon's manager, he relayed the information to JACK and shared a chuckle. This incident has left me deeply disappointed, especially considering my loyal patronage of over 13 years. I used to like this places, not the best service but it was cheap, not anymore, I just had a refill and they charged me $40.00 and the guy was rude and hurt my cuticles, my fingers still hurt, and this was not the first time, but I wanted to give them another chance, but not anymore.
