“Dr. Ngo helped me recover from several different injuries, including a dislocated shoulder, stubborn knee injuries (incl. patella-femoral pain), and has also helped me to build an arch, correct my stride, and improve my posture, and improve my sciatica and resulting hip issues (after 20 years, I no longer use orthotics in my shoes). “It’s February and I’ve been dealing with vertigo since last August. The only person who has provided relief and given me the skills to manage it on my own is Yoshi. He is specially trained in vestibular therapy and postural alignment, so Yoshi has the knowledge, skills and tenacity to get to the root of what’s happening.

Most vertigo cases are related to the inner ear; I’m in the other camp of “unknown causes, unknown cures.” All of the complex cases like mine end up in Yoshi’s office from what I can tell. He’s taught me breathing techniques, balance techniques, and he looks at me as a whole person - recognizing that it’s not just one issue, but several inter-related issues that need to be addressed.
